I have seen a lot of humorous workout videos in my day, but this one is easily top 5. You know the drill, you have the weight setup for your entire set because you are supposed to have short rest times. Then Joe Schmo who is doing curls in the bench press area comes and jacks your weight.

It’s probably one of the most infuriating things ever and guaranteed to flat out destroy a small portion of your workout. The dude squatting 315 and working his way to 405 straight “deboes” the other dude’s weight in this scenario. Leaving 45 lbs on only one side of the bar and sending Joe Schmo to his eminent death.
