We might have a problem here with press credentials and getting into high-profile events thanks to this one fan sleazing his way into game 7 of the NBA Finals, but you have to hand it to this guy: it was a smart move, however he neglected to write in there the term “all-access,” which would’ve gotten him in the locker rooms. This photo says it all:
Guy needed to be a bit careful posting this, though: he could conceivably get in trouble like that hot rock climber did. Social media can really get someone in trouble if you’re not careful. Thankfully, though, you can see he didn’t include any name on this photo. Smart.
His name’s Micah Poag (don’t know if that’s his real name, though), a University of Texas student and a diehard Warriors fan (sorry, dude, but at least you didn’t have to pay for a ticket), simply Googling anything he would need to know about press credentials. That’s all it took, and since he’s pretty darn good with Photoshop, he managed to fashion himself a pretty sweet press badge, getting him into the game for free.
